Returns

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
